About

I was born in 1984 in Los Angeles CA to a painter father and a screenwriter mother, and I grew up in Austin, TX. I have a twin brother, Niki, who is my other half in The Haas Brothers, and an older brother, Lukas. I currently live and work in West Hollywood, CA.

Mostly known for my work as one half of The Haas Brothers, I continue to pursue my passion of painting and drawing in my free time.

I studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and have been actively painting since 2005. Sparked by a request by the Tom Of Finland Foundation to draw a mural for Tom’s House, I have recently shifted much of my work to a study of queer male intimacy. My mural, a wall of pencil drawn glory holes, is accompanied by my phone number where visitors are invited to send their dick pics to be added to the wall. In my erotic work, I explore themes of exhibitionism and voyeurism, dick pics as currency, intimacy in the smartphone age, and the beauty of the phallus.

My self portraits are often drawn or painted in order to capture a state of mind, and reflect themes of drug use, self-discovery and recovery.
